Blade Master Lawn Care & Snow

About Blade Master Lawn Care & Snow

Lake Erie sits forty-odd miles north, close enough that its winters reach down here — a band of cloud sliding in after midnight, and by three the streetlights on Wooster's north side are full of moving white. Blade Master Lawn Care & Snow runs straight into it, plowing drives and lots, cutting a lane wide enough for a car door to open, then shoveling the walks and treating them where boots will land. Wayne County snow can be dry and easy or the heavy wet kind that rides in on a warm front and packs like wet sand. Either way the aim holds: pavement showing before the first commute. There is a plain satisfaction in a drive cleared to the concrete while the rest of the street is still buried.
