120 Outdoor Management

About 120 Outdoor Management

Four in the morning in Wayne County is a color before it is an hour — sodium light on new snow, the fairground fences along Vanover Street wearing white caps. 120 Outdoor Management works those hours, plowing drives and lots so the first car out of Wooster meets bare pavement instead of a wall. Snow here arrives in more ways than one: a slow feathery powder some nights, a wet gray load the next, sometimes a squall off the lake that comes in sideways. Walks get shoveled to the doorstep and treated where feet actually land, because that last ten feet is where a morning is won or lost. By the time the kitchen windows are lit along the street, the work is behind them and the trucks are heading in.
