About Beast Tree Services L.L.C.

Woodville sits on limestone, and the trees that thrive on that Sandusky County ground earn every inch they get. Beast Tree Services L.L.C. works the village lots and the farmsteads out toward the Portage River, handling tree removal, tree trimming and pruning for hackberry, cottonwood and the old shade trees that lean over gravel drives. Spring here comes wet and sudden — the fields go from stubble to green in a fortnight, and the same weather that does it brings the storm damage cleanup calls, a top out of a silver maple across a lane at six in the morning. The pleasure of the work is in the reset: the limb sectioned, the wood stacked, the yard raked until the tire marks are gone. A place should look cared for, not worked on.
