About Jim Davis Enterprises

The first flakes usually show over the ridge west of town while there is still light in the sky, and everybody in Wintersville knows what the rest of the night is going to be. Jim Davis Enterprises watches that sky and goes out on it — plowing driveways, opening turnarounds, clearing the short steep drives that glaze before anything else in Jefferson County does. Walks and steps are shoveled, and salt goes where the January sun will never reach. The truck comes back through once the storm quits, because the last pass is the one that lasts. Waking to a drive already open is a small thing that changes an entire day.
