D & L Unlimited Construction & Container puts iron to that problem — plowing commercial lots and driveways across Wintersville, stacking snow where it will not eat the parking, salting the lanes and the walkways. Big pushes are taken down to the pavement so the next storm has somewhere to go. When the banks run out of room, the snow gets moved off rather than piled higher. By the time headlights start turning in off the road, the surface is dark and level and nobody has to think about it.
