About Bud Clouser Construction

Some Clinton County winters do not arrive as snow at all — they come as freezing rain, ticking on metal roofs through the night and glazing every maple branch and porch step by dawn. That is the weather this snow removal outfit watches for around Wilmington: the storm that looks harmless and turns a sloped driveway into a hazard. Bud Clouser Construction plows what falls, scrapes down to bare surface, and works grit and salt into the spots where a February thaw refreezes after dark. A cleared drive with the walk taken all the way to the door is a small thing until the morning you need it. On those mornings it is the only thing that matters.
