About ASO.LIMITED

Out past Lost Nation Road the land goes flat and open, and that is where a Willoughby winter shows its hand — wind off the lake with nothing to slow it, snow moving sideways across the runway lights. ASO.LIMITED works those hours, plowing and salting while the sky is still the color of slate. There is a particular satisfaction in a lot squared off to its painted lines before the first car arrives, in a walkway taken down to bare pavement and a driveway apron that will not refreeze by nine. Lake County gets its snow in bands, sudden and heavy, and the only real answer is to be out in it. By the time Willoughby wakes and the storefronts on Erie Street unlock, the ground has already been made passable.
