About Aspen Property Services

West of the neighborhoods, Bradley Woods holds a low swamp forest of pin oak and red maple — ground that remembers being lakebed and drains when it feels like it. Yards near it behave the same way: soft in April, stubborn by August. Aspen Property Services reads a property the way you would read that ground, noting where the water goes, where the shade sits, and which strip of turf will always be the last to come around in spring. The season's work runs from mowing and bed care into leaf cleanup, then turns to plowing and clearing walks once the cold locks everything in place. Done right, none of it announces itself; a place simply looks cared for, month after month.
