About Royal Grounds Mowing LLC

By the middle of June the Westerville light hangs on until almost nine, coming in low and gold across the meadow grass at Heritage Park until the brick tower of the Everal Barn is the last lit thing on the horizon. That is the hour when a mown lawn shows what it is made of — the stripes lifting and darkening as the sun rakes across them, every pass laid parallel to the one before. Royal Grounds Mowing LLC works in that grammar: regular mowing, string trimming around posts and fences, edging along the drive and walk, and cleanups when the growing slows. It is lawn care done for central Ohio ground, where a warm wet week can put on three inches and the following week can bake it flat. The pride is in returning to the same yard again and again and having it read the same each time — even, held to a line, finished.
