One Call Outside

About One Call Outside

At three in the morning a storm has the township entirely to itself — no traffic, orange light falling through the snow, and the only tracks anywhere are the ones just laid down. One Call Outside works that hour across West Chester Township, plowing drives and lots, opening walks and doorways, and salting before the packed layer gets a chance to bond to the concrete. Storms in this valley like to change their minds halfway through, sliding to sleet and back, so a property often needs a second and a third visit before daylight. A business needs a clean approach by opening; a house needs a way out to the road, plain and simple. Getting all of that done while the rest of town sleeps is the whole idea behind the name.
