Benchmark Land Management

About Benchmark Land Management

Union Centre Boulevard is dark and empty at four in the morning during a February storm, which is exactly when the work has to happen. Benchmark Land Management plows lots and drives across West Chester Township on that clock — pushing snow to the far edges, opening the entrances, clearing walks and salting the low spots where melt will find its way back to ice. Winter in this part of Ohio leans more toward freezing rain and thaw-refreeze than deep powder, so the job is as much about timing as it is about blades. By the time the first headlights turn in, the pavement is dark and the parking lines are showing again. Snow removal for West Chester Township and the nearby communities.
