About Purkey Landscaping Company

Waynesville was laid out by Quakers, and the old part of the village still carries that measured, unhurried plan — narrow lots, straight walks, houses set close to the street. Snow lands on all of it at once. Purkey Landscaping Company clears it: plowing drives and lots, hand-shoveling the walks and stoops no machine will fit, salting the brick and concrete where ice would otherwise sit for days. A snowfall handled quietly overnight is the whole ambition, the village waking to clean pavement and no fuss at all. Winter here is short on drama and long on repetition, and the work is the same both ways.
