Breakthrough Lawns

About Breakthrough Lawns

Waterville township rides a slow bend of the Maumee, where sycamores lean white-limbed over brown water and the morning light spreads flat and wide across the river terrace. Breakthrough Lawns keeps lawns here on the rhythm the grass sets — mowing at height, trimming close around posts and beds, and cutting a clean edge where turf meets drive. Green comes up fast in this ground, climbing from the riverbank to the section roads in about a week of warm rain. All summer the work is repetition done well: the same yard, the same line, sharper each time. The last pass of the day is the one to judge it by, when the stripes hold their direction and the walks are blown clear. Lawn care for Waterville township and the towns nearby.
