About Richards Property Services

Downtown Warren still keeps its shape around the square — the courthouse, the old brick fronts, and the grass that has to look right in front of all of it. Richards Property Services takes properties on for the whole calendar: mowing, trimming and cleanups through the growing months, then plowing and de-icing once the pavement turns hard. The advantage of one outfit year-round is memory — where the sprinkler heads sit, where the drain freezes first, which strip of turf takes the salt and wants seed in April. Summer work gets measured in straight edges along the walks; winter work gets measured in how early the lot is open. Either way it comes down to a property that looks tended whether it is ninety degrees out or nine.
