About Mr. Jims' Lawn Care, LLC

The first real snow of December usually comes overnight and quiet, and by morning Bowen Road is one soft line with mailboxes for punctuation. Pretty from a window, less pretty from a car with somewhere to be. We plow drives, take the plow ridge back off the apron, shovel the front walk and the steps down to bare concrete, and put salt where the sun will not reach before the refreeze. Older lots, corner lots, long gravel runs — each one gets figured out once and then handled the same reliable way all winter. Bare pavement on a white morning is a small thing, and it is the thing we do.
