About Maintenance Masters Property Services

Where Violet Township runs up against the Franklin County line, farm ground gives way to buildings, lots and long stretches of sidewalk that somebody has to be responsible for. We take that responsibility on the calendar and in the storm. Winter brings plowing, lot clearing, hand work on walks and entries, and salt laid before the ice sets. The rest of the year brings mowing on a fixed schedule, edging, trimming, mulch in the beds and full cleanups in spring and fall. A property that is looked after in every month tells anyone pulling in that the place is being run well, and that is the impression we are in business to make.
