About ADT Construction Inc.

South of town the road climbs onto the old shoreline ridges — beaches Lake Erie left behind long ago — and that is where the wind gets its first long run at a driveway. ADT Construction Inc. works those ridge roads in the dark, plow down, headlights turning the drift edges blue before anyone in Vermilion has put the coffee on. Snow up here is not always deep, but it is stubborn: packed hard by wind, glazed at the culvert, heaviest where the field meets the blacktop. The satisfaction is in the clean pass — one straight cut to the pavement, banks pushed back far enough that the next storm has somewhere to go. By the time the sky goes gray over the water, the drives are open and the day can start on time.
