About S & S Property Maintenance

Long before the rest of Vandalia stirs, the runway lights north of town are burning and the freight is already moving. S & S Property Maintenance keeps those same hours in winter — plowing lots and drives, clearing walks, salting entries so first shift finds the ground it expects. Snow that falls on a working town has a deadline attached, and the trucks go out to meet it while it is still dark. There is pride in arriving to a property that gives no sign of the night it just had: bare pavement, edges squared, piles set well back. Then on to the next address before the sky goes gray.
