Mojo's Lawn Service

About Mojo's Lawn Service

Saturday morning in Vandalia sounds like mowers starting up one street at a time, all the way out to the sycamore fencerows at the edge of the fields. Mojo's Lawn Service is in that chorus early — cutting, trimming, edging, sweeping the walks so the yard ends exactly where the concrete begins. Turf here sits on old glacial ground that holds water in spring and hardens by August, so height and timing do most of the work. The payoff is the look back from the curb: even stripes, tight corners, a lawn with a shape to it. Then a cold drink, and on to the next one.
