About 365 PBJ's Lawn Care

A Vandalia July starts with silver still on the grass and the heat already leaning on the door. 365 PBJ's Lawn Care keeps to a mowing rhythm that carries a yard all the way around the calendar — cut, trim, edge, and the walks blown clean before the truck pulls away. Down where the yards slope toward Stonequarry Creek the ground stays soft and the grass runs thick, and it takes attention to leave lines that hold straight through it. There is a plain pleasure in a lawn that looks tended from the sidewalk: even color, a clean border at the drive, nothing shaggy at the fence posts. That is the whole of it, done again next week and the week after.
