About Roots Outdoor

North of Urbana the land opens flat toward Grimes Field, where the grass runs long and the sky takes up most of the view. Roots Outdoor works the full round out that way: mowing, trimming, and edging while things grow, then plowing, clearing drives, and shoveling walks once they stop. Flat, open country is generous in July and unforgiving in January, and both facts set the schedule. Seasonal cleanups clear the yard at either end of the year. A lawn cut even in midsummer and a drive opened before dawn in midwinter are the same job in different weather.
