About AM Lawn & Property

Champaign County gets very still on a snowing night — the roads out toward Kings Creek gone empty, headlights turning the flakes into something like static. AM Lawn & Property is out in those hours, plowing drives and clearing walks around Urbana township so the morning finds pavement instead of a wall. When the thaw comes and the Mad River valley greens up, the same trucks trade blades for mowers: cutting, trimming, edging, week on week through the growing season. There is a particular pride in both ends of that — the drive opened before anyone wakes, the lawn squared off before anyone gets home. Urbana is a town that keeps its edges, and this work is part of how.
