About Great Outdoors Lawn and Landscape

Upper Arlington's ravines are its secret — Turkey Run cutting down toward the Scioto, the ground dropping away behind ordinary back fences into ferns and old sycamores. Great Outdoors Lawn and Landscape works the sunlit half of that landscape, mowing and edging the lawns that run right up to where the wild part begins. Spring here is a scramble: everything greens in a week, growth outruns the calendar, and the mowing schedule has to keep pace. They hold the line with steady cuts, tight trimming along bed edges and fence rails, and a finished edge that gives a yard its shape. Standing on a lawn at the ravine's lip in May, freshly cut, with the woods roaring green below, is a fair reward for the work.
