About Ullrich Lawncare Systems

University Heights is brick and shade — Tudor rooflines, close-set lots, and old street trees arching over the tree lawns until the pavement is dappled all summer long. Ullrich Lawncare Systems mows in that tight geometry, where a lawn may be thirty feet deep and every inch of it visible from the sidewalk. The work is precise by necessity: mowing without scalping the tree roots, hand-trimming around hedges, hydrangeas and gate posts, edging the walk and the driveway apron to a clean line, then blowing the concrete off so nothing is tracked inside. On a June morning with the campus quiet and the Heights just waking up, a block of well-kept front lawns is one of the best things this city has going. Come autumn, those same canopies drop a heavy load, and the cleanup keeps the grass and the walks clear.
