Refined Property Maintenance

About Refined Property Maintenance

March in Troy township is thaw and mud and gravel working its way up through the frost, and every long lane out here looks a little defeated by it. Then the ground firms, the grass leans green, and Refined Property Maintenance opens the season: first mow, edges recut, the trimmer taken around every fence post and light pole. That attention runs straight through summer and doesn't stop at the frost — come winter the same drives get plowed, the same walks shoveled, salt down where shade holds ice past noon. A township property is mostly outdoors, and how it's kept is most of how it's known. That is the whole idea here.
