About Huffaker Landscaping

On Troy's outer streets the lawns simply stop and the corn begins, and on a late-June evening you can smell cut hay from the fields while the mowers are still running. Huffaker Landscaping takes those edge-of-town properties along with the ones downtown: big open lawns that want a wide, even cut, plus the trimming and edging that keeps a country-side yard from blurring into the fencerow. Open ground bakes and dries in a way shaded turf never does, so height and timing get set to match. Dusk is when it looks best — long rows running out toward the field, the drive blown clear, the whole place settled. Wide yards, quietly kept, are their own kind of view.
