About Thompson's Lawn Care - Professional Home Landscaping & Lawn Maintenance in Glouster, OH

Sunday Creek runs down through Trimble Township past Glouster, and the hills close in on either side the way they do all through this corner of Athens County. Thompson's Lawn Care mows the yards tucked into that valley — narrow lots behind brick storefronts, hillside places where the grass runs up to the treeline, and long stretches of frontage on the roads out toward Jacksonville. Working ground like this means mowing across a grade, trimming steps and retaining walls by hand, edging the walk, and leaving the pavement swept. Late spring the hollows go a deep, wet green almost overnight and everything grows at once; keeping ahead of it is half the craft. The other half is the finish, and around here a well-kept yard stands out against all that wooded hillside.
