Sloane Lawncare

About Sloane Lawncare

Late fall in Toronto opens with fog lying on the river most mornings and closes with the hills gone bare and brown. Sloane Lawncare works that handoff: the last mowings of the year, the leaves cleared off before they mat down, and then the shift to plowing drives and opening walkways once the first real snow comes over the ridges. Weather on the Ohio can swing from mud to ice inside a single day, so the trucks stay ready for either one. The results are ordinary things, and that is the point, a lawn put to bed properly and a sidewalk you can cross without thinking about it. Two seasons, same streets, same people waiting on the sound of the engine.
