Young's Lawncare and More

About Young's Lawncare and More

Sullivan is laid out under a great deal of sky. Up in this northern corner of Ashland County the fields run flat to the treeline, the headwaters of the Black River seep out of low ground you would never guess was a river's beginning, and the wind crosses the corn without anything in its way. Young's Lawncare and More mows the yards in the middle of all that openness — village lots along the road, farmhouse lawns with a windbreak on the north side, wide grass around outbuildings — trimming close, edging the drive, and clearing the clippings before pulling out. On a July afternoon out here you can see a finished lawn from a half mile off, a neat green square set against everything unmown around it. That contrast is the whole reward.
