Hoffman's Landscaping & Lawn

About Hoffman's Landscaping & Lawn

Snow arrives in Sugarcreek Township without ceremony: a gray afternoon, a wind out of the northwest, and by midnight the open ground between Bellbrook and Spring Valley is running white. Hoffman's Landscaping & Lawn works those hours — plowing driveways and parking areas, shoveling walks and stoops by hand, and treating the ice that gathers where the drives pitch down toward the creek bottoms. Most of it happens in the dark, headlights swinging across mailboxes, the township quiet except for a scraping blade two roads over. The reward comes later, at first light, when somebody steps outside with a coffee and finds clean pavement waiting and nothing to think about. That is the whole point of the night's work.
