About Greathouse Services

The first hard frost usually arrives sometime in November, silvering the fields north of Streetsboro toward the Turnpike and putting an end to the mowing season. Greathouse Services carries a property straight through that turn — leaf and fall cleanups, mowing, trimming and edging while the grass still grows, then snow plowing, shoveling and salting once the weather changes its mind. Winters here sit at the western edge of the snowbelt, which means a clear night can end in six inches by morning. Getting a driveway open before someone has to leave for work is a small thing that matters enormously on that morning. Spring comes back around, and it all starts again with a rake.
