About Prater Landscaping

Grand Lake St. Marys is thousands of acres of shallow water, and the wind that crosses it each afternoon reaches every yard in the township before the day is done. Prater Landscaping works in that steady breeze, mowing and trimming while the light stretches long and low over flat Auglaize County farmland. Grass cut in that light shows everything — each pass, each turn, each edge either held true or not — so the passes get made with care. Mowing, edging and cleanup work fill the calendar from the first warm week of spring to the last mild one of fall. The payoff is a yard that reads clean from the road at sunset, which out here is a long, generous hour.
