About New Image Outdoor Solutions

Some Springfield storms don't fall so much as glaze — freezing rain laying a shell over the hedges on the older north-side streets, and every step out the back door a gamble. New Image Outdoor Solutions works those mornings with salt and scraper, breaking ice loose from walks and drives before the neighborhood stirs. Plowing is only half of it; the other half is what happens under the boots of whoever comes to the door. A path cut to bare concrete with a clean shoulder of snow on either side is a small, ordinary kindness. That is the image the name is after.
