Ground Up Lawn Management

About Ground Up Lawn Management

Solon sits high, up on the Portage Escarpment where the land lifts away from the lake and the sky takes notice. Anything that lasts on this ground starts underneath it: soil that drains, roots that reach, turf thick enough to shrug off a July with no rain in it. So the work runs from the ground upward — mowing, feeding, aerating and seeding all season, then plowing and salting the very same properties once the drives go white. One piece of ground, one crew, both halves of the calendar. Solon and the towns that ring it.
