About Close Cut Landscaping

An edge is the honest part of the job. Along the driveway aprons on Pettibone Road you can read it from a moving car — grass ending in a true line against concrete, no ragged fringe, no soil spilling over. That same instinct carries into January, when the blade lays a straight bank at the side of a drive instead of a wandering heap, and the salt goes down where it will actually do something. Mowing, edging, trimming and cleanups through the green months; plowing, walk clearing and ice control through the white ones. Solon and its neighbors, held to the line.
