About Carey Property Services

Silverton is barely a mile square, brick houses set close along the side streets off Montgomery Road, alleys running behind them and narrow strips of lawn out front. Small ground is unforgiving — every missed corner shows — so Carey Property Services works these lots with the trimmer as much as the mower, cutting even and squaring the grass off against walk, curb and step. Spring mornings here open with birds in the old street trees and close with the smell of clippings drifting up the block. Beds get edged, walkways get blown clean, and the leaves come off in fall before they pack into the gutters. One tidy front yard in a neighborhood this tight lifts the whole row of them.
