About C&D Property Services, LLC

On the lanes that bend and double back through Silver Lake, the oaks and maples close overhead until the whole village feels like one long room of green. C&D Property Services keeps the ground beneath them in order: grass held at an even height, trim work close around trunks and fence posts, drive edges kept honest week after week. Summer storms come up the valley from the southwest and leave a yard littered by evening, so the next visit begins by clearing whatever the wind dropped. Where a lot runs long and the ground pitches away behind the house, the mowing turns careful — slopes taken slow, corners finished by hand. The result is a property that looks tended rather than merely cut.
