About Bell Landscape LLC

Shadyside runs along the Ohio in a narrow ribbon, hills at its back and barges sliding by out front, close enough to hear on a still evening. Bell Landscape LLC mows those river-terrace yards, where the bottom soil is rich and a lawn will get away from you inside a week of rain. The work is weekly and plain: an even cut, string trimming around the porch and the fence, edges held against the sidewalk, clippings off the drive. Mornings the river runs glassy past the ramp and the grass holds its dew until the sun clears the hill, which is about when the mowers start. In fall the hillside behind town turns, drops, and the leaf cleanups begin.
