Tipton's Lawn Care

About Tipton's Lawn Care

Salem sits where the state routes cross and the lake's leftover weather finally runs out of steam — flurries that began over Erie arriving here thin, persistent and cold. Tipton's Lawn Care is out in the dark on those mornings, plowing drives and clearing walks so the first person awake in the house finds the pavement already open. In the other half of the year the same trucks roll at civilized hours, mowing and trimming lawns across town while the sprinklers argue with the afternoon heat. Two seasons, one habit: get there before it turns into a problem. A drive cleared by six and a lawn cut clean by noon are small things, and they set the tone for everything that follows.
