About Kile Landscaping

Snow comes to Clinton County on a flat wind, drifting across open fields until it fetches up along the fencerows outside Sabina. Kile Landscaping is out in it early, pushing driveways and lots open so the first cars of the morning find bare pavement instead of ruts, and salting the walks where the melt sets up hard. Come May the same ground goes soft and green and the mowing starts, with yards trimmed out to the alley and edges cut sharp against the sidewalk. Summer here smells like fresh hay off the section roads toward Cowan Lake, and a mowed lawn holds its stripes right through the weekend. Two seasons of work, and a village that looks looked-after in both.
