About Chapin Landscapes LLC

The Chagrin River cuts a cool ravine through this township, and everything near it — the bottomland, the hemlock shade, the old road down to the bridge — keeps its own weather. Chapin Landscapes LLC works with that grain the whole year: mowing and trimming the yards above the valley through the growing months, edging walks and drives, then plowing and salting those same properties once the ground goes hard. October here is spectacular and brief; the cleanups that follow are neither, but they matter more. Winter asks for early hours and a plan for where the snow goes when there is already plenty of it. Seeing a drive cleared to bare pavement while the woods are still white is the payoff.
