About Lawn Boy Landscaping LLC

By seven on a July evening the light over Risingsun goes long and gold, and the corn on the far side of the village turns the color of a grain elevator at dusk. That is the favorite hour for Lawn Boy Landscaping LLC — the last yard of the day, mowed in even rows, the trimmer cleaning up around the mailbox post and the porch steps. Northwest Ohio grows grass in a hurry once the rains come, and keeping up with it is a rhythm more than a chore. Thunderheads stack in the west most afternoons here; the trick is reading them and finishing the block before the first fat drops. A crisp edge along a village sidewalk looks good in any weather, but it looks best in that gold hour.
