Oberschlake's Lawn Care and Landscaping

About Oberschlake's Lawn Care and Landscaping

By July the river below Ripley moves like it has nowhere to be, and the heat sits on Front Street's brick until evening. Oberschlake's Lawn Care and Landscaping works the cross streets that climb away from the water — mowing, trimming close to steps and stone, edging the walks, and keeping the beds clear of what a humid summer throws into them. Grass grows hard in that air, so the schedule matters more than the muscle does. Nothing sets off an old river town like a lawn kept even and a border cut to a line. Homes on the hill and down in the bottom both get it done.
