Jon's Lawns

About Jon's Lawns

Richmond Heights earns its name — the ground lifts here above the lake plain, and you feel it in the wind that comes over the rise on a January night. Jon's Lawns takes the year in two halves: mowing, trimming, edging and cleanups while the grass is running, then plowing, driveway and walk clearing and salting when the lake sends snow up the slope. Lots on this side of Cuyahoga County are close-set and full of detail — tree lawns, corners, short front walks — and detail is where the work shows. A summer yard finished by midday and a drive opened before the first car needs it amount to the same promise kept. That runs across Richmond Heights and the eastern suburbs beside it.
