Elchert Lawn & Snow

About Elchert Lawn & Snow

Out past the last houses of Republic there is nothing to slow the wind, so winter turns up all at once and stacks itself against the first driveway it meets. Elchert Lawn & Snow plows and salts through that, opening drives, lots and walks so a farmhouse a mile from anywhere is not cut off at daybreak. The rest of the year those same properties get mowed, trimmed and edged, with cleanups once the maples finish in November. Big open Seneca County lawns take real time to cut and look magnificent when they are done — one continuous, even carpet running up to the road. Republic, Bettsville, Green Springs and the countryside between them are covered.
