About R. Cooley Enterprises

February gets long in Portage County. Wind crosses the open water of the West Branch reservoir with nothing at all to slow it down, and snow that was soft in December turns into something you have to argue with. R. Cooley Enterprises plows straight through that stretch of the winter — driveways opened, lots cleared, banks pushed back before they harden into walls, ice control on the walks and the approaches. The late-season passes are the ones that matter most, because that is when a narrow drive finally runs out of room. Nobody sees this work at its best; they just get out of the driveway.
