About Husks Lawn Services LLC

The Scioto is still a modest river by the time it slides past Prospect, moving through Marion County bottomland that grows corn taller than a man. Husks Lawn Services LLC mows, trims and edges the yards on either side of it, from village lots to farm places with more grass than most people would care to cut. Early on, the dew is heavy enough to soak a boot through, and by the time the sun clears the treeline the first lawn of the day is already striped and done. Cleanups come in spring and again when the hardwoods drop, and the standard never shifts: even height, clean borders, nothing left on the walk. Prospect Township, Waldo, LaRue and the Marion County countryside make up the route.
