About MVP Property Maintenance, LLC

February in Poland township is the tricky month — a day of thaw that runs water down every sloped driveway, then a night that turns it to sheet ice by four in the morning. MVP Property Maintenance, LLC reads that cycle for a living. The work is plowing when it falls, scraping down close so the melt has nothing to refreeze onto, cutting walkways and steps clear to their edges, and putting down treatment on the pitched aprons and shaded corners where the ice sets first. Driveways on a grade here need more than one pass and a little judgment about where to push the snow so it drains away from the pavement instead of back across it. The reward is undramatic and worth a lot: a car backing out at dawn without a moment of doubt.
