Weavers Lawn Service

About Weavers Lawn Service

In October the combines work late south of here, out toward Orient and the Pickaway line, and the low sun lights up all that dust hanging over the stubble. Weavers Lawn Service is finishing its own season about then — the last mows, the leaves off the lawns and out of the fence corners, everything squared away before the cold sets in. The rest of the year it is the weekly rhythm: mowing, trimming, edging, walks blown clean. Pleasant Township keeps a plain, particular standard for how a yard ought to look, and this is service cut to it. A tidy lawn in front of a farmhouse under that October light is about as good as central Ohio gets.
