Scioto Turf

About Scioto Turf

Every drop of rain that lands on Pleasant Township finds the Big Darby and rides it south toward the Scioto, and on the way down it does its work on the grass. Scioto Turf keeps that grass in shape — mowing on a steady cycle, trimming and edging for definition, and the seasonal cleanups that let a lawn breathe. Turf out here has to take heavy clay, hot Augusts and open exposure with no shade to hide under, and it answers to consistency more than to anything else. Cut at the right height, week after week, a lawn thickens and holds its color deep into October. That result is what makes the driving and the early starts worth it.
